Statement by President of the Ukrainian Bar Association on the death of the President of the Polish Bar Council and her colleague

Today, on behalf of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) I want to express my deepest and sincere condolences to all Polish advocates on the tragic deaths of the President of the Polish Bar Council Mrs. Joanna Agacka-Indecka and her colleague Mr. Stanisław Mikke, who was the Chief Editor of Palestry Magazine, and other distinguished Polish citizens who were traveling along with the President Kaczynski to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre. This is a tragedy not only for the Polish people, but for us as well. Ukrainian lawyers mourn the loss of their prominent Polish colleagues.
