KIEV – 11 August 2010. The Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association held its 66th session in the premises of Vasil Kisil and Partners law firm.

One of the major outcomes of the meeting was the adoption of the Regulation on events management and organization, drafted under the guidance of the Board member Mykola Ochkolda (Legitimus law firm).

The Regulation defines organizational issues of events preparation and management, as well as events coverage in the means of mass media. The document was developed to organize and systematize the UBA activities and to establish clear rules for the initiators and executive stuff to ensure efficient and unified holding of all events.

The Board also introduced some changes to the Regulation on the UBA corporate symbols, which detail the procedure for their use in advertising, information materials, etc.

Following the initiative of the Board member Sergiy Tyurin (S.T. Partners law firm) the Board approved changes to the Regulation on the UBA Committees concerning establishment and functioning of Council of Committee Chairs - a permanent colleсtive body of committee management.
