KIEV – 11 August 2010. Committee on Corporate Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) held a regular meeting.
The meeting was devoted to the conceptual issues of investor protection and ways of improvement of legislation on joint stock companies. The participants had the opportunity to hear the ideas of Anatoliy Yefimenko, senior expert of Analytical and Advisory Center Blue Ribbon and Olena Shcherbyna, Chairman of the Committee on Corporate Law, adviser to Sayenko Kharenko law firm and express their ideas.
The attendees discussed the conceptual framework of the draft law "On amending the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" developed by the Analytical and Advisory Center, Blue Ribbon United Nations Development Program in Ukraine.
