ODESSA - July 30, 2010. The Committee on Corporate Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association held a visiting meeting in Odessa.
For a few years already Committee members gather for a summer visiting meeting and sailing on the Black Sea in Odessa.
The subject of the discussion embraced the novels and prospects of the Law of Ukraine “On Limited Liability Company”.
The meeting was moderated by the UBA Board member, partner with Vaschenko Bugai & Partners law firm Denys Bugai.
Partner at "Asters" law firm Vadym Samoilenko presented his report on the advantages and disadvantages of the new Law of Ukraine "On Limited Liability Company”. The attendees were especially lucky because Vadym Samoilenko is a member of the working group on drafting legislation on LLC of the State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Innovations. During the meeting lawyers shared new conceptual approaches to the regulation of LLC in Ukraine.
