The Ukrainian Bar Association presented the training by Professional Negotiators Club

KIEV - July 15, 2010.The Ukrainian Bar Association presented the tranining on holding business meetings, held by the Professional Negotiators Club.

The training was conducted by the Club President Oleg Demchik.

The training included a theoretical part: preparing for negotiations, arguments delivery, neutralization of comments and tactful replies. Practical training included role playing and interviews.

During the role-play participants had an opportunity to draw attention to the details of an ordinary interview, verbal and nonverbal aspects of behavior of a conversation partner.

Following the game the most frequent errors in negotiations were reviewed as well as use of special techniques.
